Training Programs & In-Company Workshops (for groups of 10 to 15 participants)

Step 1 of 4: Pre-Need Analysis and Defining Objectives

  • Defining the company’s objectives and the strategic areas to be improved.
    • In a collective meeting with the Top-Management, we analyze the actual situation, the challenges, the possible issues and the objectives to be achieved. And decide about the specific topics to be trained

Step 2 of 4: Interactive Coaching Sessions

  • Customized Content preparation according to outcome of steps 1 & 2
  • 2 workshops of 1 day each (1 day/week or consecutive days).
    • Interactive and practical workshops:
      • Provide techniques and models that will enable the participants to activate the action plans and to implement the changes and improvements
      • 1 coaching session to make concrete Action Plans to activate the resources needed to evolve from Actual to Desired Situation (who-what-when)

Step 3 of 4: Evaluation, measurement & analysis of evolution & improvement

  • Reporting of Evaluation & Evolution of participants’ progress & Concrete Action Plans to Top Management. Nominate members of Implementation Committee (from participants) and Steering Committee (from Top Management) with description of responsibilities.
    • Meeting with the top-management.

Step 4 of 4: Follow-up & Implementation Sessions

  • Implementation sessions (1 session of ½ day – 1 session after4 weeks)
    • In this session we evaluate the evolution of the action plans and the progress made by the participants. Where needed, adjustments will be made to achieve an effective implementation of the action plans and to ensure a sustainable change and continuous improvement.
