I was late for work this morning thanks to Jean Nicolaï. Jean was hosting our second Leadership Development Coaching Program as part of our investment into our Line Managers across Euro Motors. I thought I would drop in, before it started, to have coffee with the team and get a feel for the room. Unfortunately, I was so engrossed in the engagement of everyone, and my phone was silent, I ended up missing multiple calls and messages and staying much longer than expected.
