Company eyes growth with diversified team at Gulf Daily News 20th February 2017

MANAMA: Bahrain-based SteppingStone Global, a consulting, coaching and training provider, has expanded to include a more diversified and multinational team that provides a wide scope of consulting services for the region.

This team is represented by international practitioners with more than 200 years of experience in business and industry.

“Our more diversified experience profile will deliver a wider range of consulting services to help businesses react to the constantly changing challenges that they face today,” said SteppingStone Global founder and president Jean Nicolai.

Members of the expanded team, who are all residents in Bahrain, include Dr Suzanne White with more than 20 years of leadership development in insurance, oil and gas, and universities in the GCC; Falah Hashim, consultant and coach with extensive knowledge and experience in management, leadership, personal development and sales and marketing techniques; Tommy Laupsa, chartered certified accountant with more than 30 years in finance of which seven years of finance and business consulting were in the GCC; Michael Jackson, ex-British army officer and accredited international coach covering utilities, oil and gas, banking and finance with more than 10 years of experience in the GCC; and Robert Salmon, management executive with 36 years of experience in the oil and gas industry of which eight years were in the Middle East.

Mike Orlov is a C-suite news media expert who has been a partner with SteppingStone Global for more than two years.
