With over 30 years of business experience, SteppingStone Global is headed by Founder, President and Master Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner Jean Nicolaï. SteppingStone Global works in partnership with a diverse network of highly skilled and internationally experienced training and coaching experts. This enables SteppingStone Global to select the best trainers and coaches to match our client’s needs.
Our Team has worked with clients from across the Gulf, including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Oman, in diverse industries such as banking and finance, media and telecommunications, construction, industrial services and travel and tourism. In addition, many of our trainers and coaches have Board Level and business development experience in a number of Middle Eastern, European and Asian companies.
